I want to do an extract off of the recipe below. I got it from http://www.thebrewingnetwork.com/post1636/.

Below is based directly off the Lagunitas brewer's info. I would just like any advice on ratios of DME and maybe what I can steep to get into the ballpark.

6 gallons at the end of the boil. 5.5 to fermenter and end up with 5 gallons

Dry hop (don’t adjust aa)

24g (.85oz) Chinook
15g (.53oz) Columbus
18g (.63oz) Amarillo

WLP002 English Ale

Fermentation:
62°F-65°F 36 hours
68°F 36 hours
70°F rest of the time.
