Have you ever had this problem? I forgot to inject oxygen until 3hrs after pitching yeast, I shook it for about 3-4 min, but don't think that is enough, any suggestions? the beer is at 67 deg and is an IPA
 
Three hours in shouldn't be a problem at all. I would go ahead and hit it with the oxygen. I've read some instances even call for oxygen at 12-18 hrs after pitching. I'm sure someone with more experience will correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Shaking provides ample oxygen if you are using a typical pitch rate and the gravity isn't high.
