I was getting a bit of a beer belly, but had surgery almost 2 weeks ago. Since then, I've been mostly unable to eat solid foods (just starting to now) and no drinking due to the pain meds. Net result is that I am down 14 pounds. I hope to parlay this a bit more and try to get walking/running habits going. Another 16 pounds and I would be back to the weight I had when I ran marathons, which would be awesome. Even if I could just stay at this weight would be great.
