I have a tree LOADED with Granny Smith apples! I am wanting to use these to make some Apple Jack. This will be my first go round with regular old kitchen tools. Suggestions please? Thanks!

Steam juicer? Press? The biggest hurtle will be getting the juice. Fermenting it and freezing it off are easy.

If you have a juicer than can handle it, just use that. Building/buying a scratter/crusher and a press are definitely expensive/time-consuming options for your first time.
