If anyone is using a 'pro style' jacketed unitank fermenter please drop us a DM. We're collecting some market research on them. Please list the brand and size you have. Thanks!

During your research please also figure out a good way to heat a jacket fermenter. (For the purpose of kviek fermentation or sasions)
That seems to be the big drawback

Small point of use water heater with the temp turned waaay down and a pair of automatic 3-way valves would do it. Drawback would be that at changeover warm glycol could get sent to the chiller increasing runtime.

A Unitank like the brewtools B40-150 series with less ports and the price of the Brewershardware Jacketed Unitanks and you would killing it …

Simple. Colman beverage cooler, an immersion heater, pump and ink bird. Quick disconnects are good for saving your sanity.
