I CAN ORDER SOME HOPS TODAY for dry hopping

I have a lot of the malts. ALL grain

Pale malt

I made a 1200ml starter last night w 2 packs of White Labs Cali Ale

I'd go with 1oz Cen @ 60min -- 0.5oz of Col @ 30min -- 1oz Cas @ 0min. Dry hop with the Citra, Ama, & Gal. 57 IBU
9lbs Pale
1lb Mun
0.5 Cry 40
0.5 Cara

Assuming a 5 gal batch.

5 Gal batch?

8 lbs Pale
1 lb C40
2 lb Wheat

Mash at 65C for an hour

1oz Warrior @ 60
.5 oz Columbus @ 30 min
1 oz Citra @ 0 min

Either whirlpool or dryhop with the Citra / Amarillo / Galaxy

Gonna have a fruity aroma with a crisp bitter finish

^ yep. I usually brew 6.5 gallons and siphon post boil into conical fermenter. Hoping end result is a good/clean 5 gal keg.
