I'll be making my annual trip back home to see the family for about two weeks. They live in Gurnee and I was curious if you IL HBTers are planning on any get togethers, or at the very least, have any local watering holes you go to in the area?
Since Gurnee is right next to Libertyville, I go to Mickey Finn's and Firkin a lot, often times both in the same night, while I'm in town.
I'm looking forward to getting my fix of Bell's, New Glarus, Goose Island, and all the other great midwest brews that aren't available in Ca. There are some benefits of living midway between Milwaukee and Chicago.
