Located in Vancouver, WA. Bought for $610 in Sep 2020. Only used twice and it's in excellent condition - the Anvil gear has been sitting in its box for over a year and a half. It's no longer needed since I transitioned to a HERMS system.

The water heater is Avantco WB19L 5 Gallon 128 Cup (19 Liter) Water Boiler - 120V, 1500W.

Will let everything go for $350 plus shipping.
