Hello All,
My name is Mark and I am new to brewing. By brewing, I mean hooping some Lavin 1118 yeast, brown sugar, a little nutrient into some cider and letting it go until the bubbles stop (about 10 days). I guess that would be just basic fermenting???? Anyway, I find it makes something passable as hard cider and after about 3 glasses it'll sneak up on you. I want to upgrade from passable to good and that is why I am here. I don't want to waste people's time, so I'll try and do my homework before I post a question that has already been answered. Lastly, I'll apologize in advance for the grammar typos. If you have any questions let me know. Thanks all!
