how does this look for a simple Amber Ale recipe to you.

3 gallon batch

5lbs 3.6oz pale malt
13.2oz caramunich
8.8oz caramel 60

.31oz northern brewer 60min
.31oz willamette 30min
.31oz willamette 5min
1.00oz willamette 0min

us-05 yeast

mash at 152

any feedback appreciated

Sure, looks good to me. Why the strange amounts of malt (13.2 oz)? Is this scaled down from a 5 gallon recipe, or just very specific to get the right gravity or srm?

The only other suggestion I might have would be to lower the amount of crystal malts. You have well over a pound, and around 25% of the total bill. Perhaps try cutting down to a total of 12-16 oz of crystal malts and get your color elsewhere. Darker crystal, an ounce of black patent, some dark munich...there are plenty of options.
