All set up for a 10gal all grain porter brew tomorrow.
Just got the banjo burner over the holidays so super pumped to try it out!

Now I just need to clean my fermenters and sanny all the post boil equipment. Also have to go get my 2nd empty propane tank exchanged. Don't want to run out of gas halfway through a boil ;)

Supposed to be in the 70's in GA tomorrow so it should be a heck of a brew day!

Will try to post throughout the brew but we all know how that goes, hahaha; grabbing an IPA off tap first thing ;)

Nice set-up. It looks like fun. Thanks for posting pictures.

...you don't have kids or dogs around that might knock that over, do you?

You just made me realize that I'm fairly close to having a larger set-up.

Thanks.

No kids thank goodness... about 5 dogs in the back yard at any moment but through about 20 brews never had an issue ( it's a stable table especially with 100lbs of strike water in the HLT)

Before anyone goes off the wagon that this doesn't adhere to style guidelines... ***homebrewer*** just kinda did a little reading and winged it in brewsmith :)
