Has anyone here tried an Austin Homebrew Supply Sessions kits, mini-mash style? The web pages list the fermentables like this:
It seems like the Mini-Mash is missing something: base grains. Those are shown for all other AHS kit styles. I'm thinking the site just forgot to list them. Can anyone verify? Thanks.
Fermentable Sugars:
Extract: 4 lbs dried malt extract, 1 lb specialty grains, maltodextrin.
Mini-Mash: 3 lbs dried malt extract, 1 lb specialty grains, maltodextrin.
All Grain: 7.5 lbs base grains, 1 lb specialty grains, maltodextrin.
