Hi everyone, I just ordered a ton of equipment and I'm trying my first homebrew soon. I'm allergic to gluten, so I can't start out the super easy way - I'm beginning with Briess Malt & Ingredients Co.: Recipe - Hoppy to be Gluten-Free Pale Ale - this.
