I brewed the Midwest Lemon Coriander Weiss yesterday using Wyeast 3068. About 24 hours after I pitched, I noticed beer and foam coming out of the airlock (3 piece). I had another airlock handy, so I mixed up some fresh sanitizer, sanitized the airlock, my siphon tubing and made a quick blow off tube. I have the tube stuck in a gallon milk jug about half full with star-san. So my question is, did I do the right thing as far making the blow off tube? I caught it pretty quickly but I just want to be sure it's good to go. Thanks!
