Hi everyone
I am going to take a batch into the cold crash for 3 weeks, after this process will be any yeast alive for carbonation in bottle? if it will not, what is the solution?
Thanks

Yes. Cold crashing does not kill anything. Not even for months or years. I've lagered beers for months before in the fridge at near-freezing and they carbonated just as quickly as beers I haven't aged at all (bottled 2 weeks after pitch).
