So this is my first partial grain recipe that "I" put together/stole? I donno just stuff I found and sounded right. Please let me know if it sounds legit and or your opinions!

Also...how in the hell do I figure out my brew house efficiency?

the grain bill looks pretty good, but i would move that 15 minute hop addition to 0 minutes so you can get more aroma out of it, unless that's not what you're going for. i'm not really familiar with norther brewer, but i know some beers use it successfully with cascade, so that should work out OK.

i wouldn't really worry about brewhouse efficiency until you do all grain. and how i did it was just planned on a certain efficiency, plugged the recipe into brewsmith, brewed it, and compared the numbers to what it thought i should get at that efficiency. i just moved the percent in beersmith until the anticipated OG matched what i got. then i started honing my process from there.
