I have a couple 5 gal extract recipes that I'll list below. I'd really like to up these to around 5.75 gallons to, we'll, have more beer! I'm curious about everyone's thoughts regarding adjustments here. If I'm upping he batch size by 15%, is it necessary to increase each ingredient by the same amount? Can I skate by with some extra DME and not worry about the other items without affecting the intended flavor? Does someone possibly have brewing software that might be able to convert this for me? So many questions, so little time. Here are the recipes:

Bad Santa:

7.5 lbs. light dried malt extract
1.0 lb. Munich malt
0.50 lb. Carahell® malt
0.50 lb. CaraMunich® malt
1.0 oz. black patent malt

1.5 lbs. dried cherries
12 AAU US Northern Brewer hops (60 mins)
Wyeast 1084 (Irish ale) yeast
1 vanilla bean (split)
3 cinnamon sticks (3 inches, broken into pieces

Robust Porter:

3 lbs Amber Dry Extract
3 lbs Dark Dry Extract
1 lbs Crystal 60
8.0 oz Cara-pils/Dextrine
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt
1.00 oz Perle 8.60% 60 min
1.00 oz Willamette 4.80% 5 min
