Adding orange bitter

I'm making an all grain orange kolsch today and need to know if I can add my orange bitter and sweet orange peel right into the hop bag. I thought that would be the best to cut down on the trub but I want to make sure I won't be taking anything away from my beer. The addition is in the last 5 minutes of boil. Thanks for the help

When I do a Wit I add my orange peels to the hop bag.
