I am making 5 gal of Alexander Sun Country Merlot, which I will mix with 5 gal of a full body blackberry latter this spring. My question is that the directions call for between 0 to 10 tsp of acid blend. I do not have a test kit and was wondering how much to use. Was thinking of 5 tsp. Anyone have any experience with this?
