Simple 5 gallon BIAB recipe:
9# Maris Otter
1/2# 60L Caramel malt

1.5 oz Willamette pellet for 60
.50 oz Willamette for 5
dry hop 1 oz Willamette for 7 days

Wyeast 1968 ESB yeast around 70F

Wonderful fruit notes from this yeast at this temp
