90 min boil with a 60 min hop schedule?

Hey folks, I am doing my first AG (BIAB) 5 Gal batch tomorrow. I went to my LHBS today and got the ingredients for a Harpoon IPA clone. Just looking over the recipe/schedule and realized they recommend a 90 min boil but my hop schedule is for 60 min. I'm assuming I would just boil for 30 min before beginning the hop additions...yes or ?
