Wow, this looks pretty cool. It looks like they are having a release party in Manteca on Sunday the 26th. I might have to check this out.
 
All I know is I don't really take care of them, I just wash them, add some cooled wort, them in sanitized plastic soda bottles, take the sucker out the day before brewing, and even after 6 months its alive. I just degass, allow air in as I'm heating my water, airate, and they always come through and make great beer for me.
Hey I think I have some "cry havoc" from over a year ago. May want to try that.
