3 tier stand

I'm sure you calculated everything thoroughly but looking at this stand I can't help thinking about adding diagonal struts to support the horizontal bars.

Yeah, my first thought was that each platform needed some gussets. The frame might be strong enough, but you also need to be concerned about stiffness/rigidity.
