anyone know where to get a cheap 3 gal keg? I cant have a 5 in my apt, i would need another fridge... any ideas?

As far as I know there are no cheap ones since they are pretty rare. I have seen people take a 5-gal and cut some metal out of the middle and weld the two halves back together again though.
I think morebeer.com was the "cheapest" I've ever seen. They were $40 each, about a month ago, I believe. I bought two, and wish I would have bought more!
