The left hand side isn't filled in because I haven't decided what my "brewery" name will be, and I'm still editing things, but how do you feel about it? Would you change the name?

It looks good and I like the name. The only suggestion I may have is changing the either the font of the title or the font outside of the corvette. It might help give it some variety. Also a border around everything will keep everything from "floating" on the page. Otherwise it is a great start
