25' SS Immersion Chiller

Has anyone use one of these? I just picked one up for what I consider a very good price. I plan on only doing 5 gallon extract batches for a while so I thought this would be a good way to go. Any comments, tips, suggestions etc to utilize this to its full capacity?

I've used one for years, but a homemade version with copper tubing. Works great. Cools about 5 gallons in ~15 minutes, give or take water temp.
