Ha Ha I love how we have already reached over 5000 Gallons and it is just the start of the second month of the year! I cannot wait to see how high we get this year!

Belgian Imperial IPA 10.5gal + Belgian Saison 10gal on 1/2/13 = 20.5 gal
English DIPA 6gal + 12gal American Pale Ale on 2/1/13 = 18 gal

5232

I've done 4 batches so far..despite having a full pipeline of 25 gallons in kegs, I brewed 4 more 5 gal batches and they're sitting in carboys..most of these are extended maturation beers like Saisons w/ Brett

My first batch of the year was an IPA done last week using Cascade,Centennial, Chinook and Citra.

5325 + 5 = 5330
