Just finished brewing Northern Brewer's Dead Ringer. Didn't do to bad with the mash either, OG was supposed to be 1.064 and I hit 1.062.

I did realize that I need to get a wort chiller. It would cut about 1 hour off of my brewday.

Lol. I did ice baths my first few times before finally saying screw it and got a chiller. Worth every penny
