2 year old Honey Porter

Just opened a bottle of Honey Porter that I found sitting in the corner of my basement. Actually a case of 22oz bottles.

It is excellent! Kind of surprised on how great it is. Anyone else have a similar experience?

I have some 20 year old home brew in my basement. Still debating on trying it.

I do wonder how long beer, properly stored, will still be good.

I opened a bottle of porter that had been in the bottle for 3 years. Dang, that stuff was good. I wish I had made more of it to age.
