got a real nice crop of hops from my centennial plants.
so I brewed up a extract wheat to try it out.
12lbs of NB wheat extract
added 1/2 oz of dried hops at start of boil and another 1/2 oz with 10 min to go.
tried ferm cap in the boil to control the foam with some success.
cooled it down and took a og reading...1.080:cross:
5 gal batch and it has a nice hoppy taste.
2 pks of so5 yeast.
can not wait to taste the finished beer
