I have had a 55gal blichmann for a while now and was finally able to put it to the test. I am currently building a Brutus esk single tier stand to hold 3 of the 55 gal pots.

The base recipe is a Belgian Single that we bugged 6 different ways. :D

Roselare/wlp500 starter
wlp655 Sour Mix
Brettanomyces Bruxellensis/Pedio
Lactobacillus Delbrueckii/Brett L
Brettanomyces Claussenii
Partygyle with Montrachet and Lacto

Now we just have to wait...

nice! i bet it feels good not having to worry about spending a whole weekend brewing to fill a barrel.
