I'm making the move from extract brewing to BIAB which seems to require me to move up from my nine gallon brew pot if I want to make a wide variety of five gallon brews, specifically imperials. I'm looking into 15 gallon brew kettles, with at least a ball valve but ideally also a thermometer (although I am not sure if this is a necessity or a want since I have a long clip thermometer already. I'd like to also have the option to use it for traditional five or ten gallon batches (all grain) down the road. What would you all suggest? Thanks!
