15 Gallon Boil Kettle w/ Valve (TN, NC, KY area)

Hello,

I'm looking to upgrade into the wonderful world of All Grain and need a big boil kettle. I'm hoping to only need one for my lifetime, so I want to go with quality.

Stainless Steel, 15 gallons and ideally with ports for valves/thermometers or if it comes with it.

I'm in Nashville but can travel all the way to Asheville NC if need be.

I'm also looking for:
Immersion Chiller
Carboys (ideally better bottles or plastic)
Fermentation Control (dorm fridge or the like)
Potentially a kegging system
