I couldn’t seem to find much without digging through several different forums/articles so I put mine together as one.

10 gallon igloo round cooler
1/2” stainless weldless fitting with 1/2” ball valve. Recirculating pump directly attached to the valve with transfer hose to fill mashtun, cleaning solution, etc.
Inkbird PID with 40a SSR. My circuit is a 20a gfci 110v
1600w element. 70 to strike in 1hour.

I built the box separately so I could use it to control anything in the future. The thermocouple is just placed into the water.

I also brew on a flat table so I don’t have to pick up heavy 10 gallons of water.

I usually do 5 gallons but with this system I can do back to back 5g pretty fast.
