Going through some stuff that I don't think I will be needing anytime soon and realizing I have hoarded too much stainless. I have four 2" inoxpa brand and two 1.5" Alfa laval tri clover sanitary butterfly valves. $40 for the 1.5" $45 for the 2". $5 shipping for 1-2 $10 for 3+.

So the 1.5 " that has a 1.5" bore? What size fitting does it fit to?

Sanitary piping is sized by the OD(O) of the pipe, so the bore of the valve is slightly under the "nominal"(O) size callout. The 1-1/2"(O) valve has about 1-3/8"(I) bore. It mates up to a 1-1/2" sanitary ferrule, which has about 2"(A) face diameter
