Much to my surprise, joy and annoyance, my most recent batch of cider went all fizzy on me. Surprise and joy cuz it's a quite refreshing and tasty accident, and annoyance because one of my bottles up and went splodey on me.
Now it's just a matter of keeping my surviving bottles under close guard that they don't go all splodey on me, and get them drunk down before I lose any more.
Shtill, what would be the best means of keeping cider nice and fizzy, should I actually try to make it fizzy the next time around? Any special kinds of bottle caps I can slap on that'll keep the fizz in... or am I just going to have to polish it off in a night with some friends over some inane chatter?
