Default What does SMaSH stand for

I searched as best I could. All I get is what I type, not what it means.

This is a probably a very stupid, simple question.

TIA

Tim

SMaSH = Single Malt and Single Hop.

It's a great way to 'learn' the flavor of a new hop.

There's even a group dedicated: http://groups.homebrewtalk.com/SMaSH_Enthusiasts

Speaking of, I have those 5 ounces of Argentinian Cascade...That would be an interesting hop to smash with, any suggestion on the malt?
