I mean, what is the difference between wildflower, and orange blossom?

That book has a great list of honey profiles that includes more information on them than I'll ever understand.

It seems like a FOX TV Show when a mead maker moves in with an AG brewer....They end up with **** like Lambic Braggot.

So do you get your honey straight from an apiary? I know there you can buy local honey from here. Can I assume that you can buy honey directly from them (before they package it into small little tiny containers)?

I've ordered honey from Miller's Honey in California and found them reliable and their prices (and honey!) good. Of course shipping plays a big part in honey costs so the prices could be good or not, depending upon where you live. You'll also see a breakdown of honey descriptors as well.
