I know the hops from Nikobrew are all nitrogen flushed in mylar bags. I have purchased once before in the past and was very happy. I ordered a total of 3 pounds of hops and threw in a t-shirt all less than $50 shipped. If they were doing their "Grab Bag" special too, I would have added that to the order.

Also, I received a notification that my order was ready to ship with a tracking number within 90 minutes of ordering today. I have to say a job well done and another reason I will continue to buy from Nikobrew!

Yes they are popping up all over. I live about 5 mins from the north end of Canandaigua Lake in Canandaigua. I haven't been to any of the breweries near Kueka Lake but a lot of the limo/transportation services doing winery tours are now offering brewery tours too.

Congrats on your place on the Lake! That's sweet!! PM me when you're in town next time and looking for breweries to go to up this way. I'll send you a list if you would like and some input from me.
