Hi guys thinking about purchasing used kegorator with dual taps for 275 it's not setup for cornys how would I convert and is it worth it trying to get in to the world of kegging

Conversion is simple: assuming you'd keep the lines, you cut both off at the Sanke coupler end, and install 1/4" flare thread swivel nuts/barbs...

...which will thread onto the Quick Disconnects suitable for your corny kegs, whether ball lock...

...or pin lock.

Done and done.

It's totally worth getting into kegging, imo.
Whether the particular kegerator you're looking at represents a good deal really depends on its condition.
Do not give anyone any money until the unit has been run for 24 hours and can maintain a solid cold temperature - like at least 36°F or so.
A non-functional or marginally-functional unit will cost a minimum of a couple hundred bucks just to diagnose, never mind repair...

Cheers!

^^^ Agreed.I find sankes much better than cornys and your already setup for it. And kegging takes awesome to a new level
