Need a stout/porter in time for Christmas

It may be too late but I'd like to have something in time for the holidays. That would give me a little over 3.5 months. I'm looking at the KBS clone or Kate The Great, or Denny's bourbon vanilla porter. What do you guys recommend?

I've not tried those kits but I have edworts robust Porter & yoopers oatmeal stout on my to brew list. you might wanna check out some other recipes on here as well

I used this recipe for a pumpkin porter that I will be kegging tonight. Remove the lactose and the base recipe should be pretty good by itself and with anything you want to add to it (bourbon, vanilla, oak)

You have plenty of time. I would do an RIS, maybe with wood and or bourbon.

I have wanted to do a chocolate robust porter with grand marnier for awhile, maybe now's the time.
