ive always wanted to brew a german style hefe weizen.. just kegged my first batch and turned out great!. I used a coopers wheat kit, used fermentis wheat yeast (06?) instead of adding any malt extract or sugar I did a mini mash of 2 lbs wheat and 2 lbs 2row. very similar to sneidler weisse (spelling) ive had several pints thus far and its great.. even added some freshly picked strawberries to the glass.. its the best coopers kit ive done so far, maybe because of the malt and yeast additions. ( my local shop doesn't carry any wheat malt extract so I went with the coopers kit and added yeast and grain mash)

I've used Cooper's cans at flame out of partial mash beers myself with good success. Glad yours came out well too! :mug:
