Ok, so I have had a hard cider that has been in secondary for about 5 months,
once it had fermented i went ahead dumped a bunch of bottle dregs from The Brurey, The dregs where Bret and Lacto.
So i want to keg and carb this drink then bottle it.
My question is how would i go about cleaning the keg after?
I would normally do a PBW soak, rinse and sanitize.
Im expecting this method wont be enough to kill bugs for my next batch.
Any advise?

I've heard and read that it's fine to use stainless as long as it's sanitized properly using the methods you suggested, but that it's advisable to swap out any rubber gaskets as they are porous.
