12gal electric steam kettle

I have a Garland 12 gallon electric steam jacketed kettle that I picked up last year. It was formally used in a commercial kitchen for making soups and cooking pasta. I decided to go a different route. It runs off 220, and was working up until it was removed from the kitchen. I have yet to wire it up and try it out because I bought and moved into a new house. Boil time is about 25 min from room temp if the unit is running properly.
