I've had a whole lot of pleasure out of this new hobby in the last few months, but the beer I've produced has always been a little bit disappointing. Until now. Batch number 6 is a winner, and I now have 44 x 500ml bottles of beautifully carbonated, amber coloured IPA at 7%.

, and the APA I brewed last turned out AWESOME! It's super light, almost looks like Bud, super clear and has a hell of a hop kick. I like it so much I'm already down to my last 12 pack in a little over a week.
