Where's my ale gone?

Just finished fermenting and I've added the finings. As I added it I noticed that there was only about 12 to 15 litres instead of double that which I was aiming for.

Anyone know why this has happened?

Do I add half the priming sugar because of this?

Not enough info.

Was there more liquid when you started fermenting?

But yeah, less sugar.

No, prime according to your bottling volume, precisely !
My norm is .8oz per gallon ( but there are loads of very precise formulae very easy to find).
