Default Preventing over active fermentation

I remember reading something about how fruit wines tend to bubble over while fermenting and a way to prevent it via additions but i cant find anything about it.

Yup, I remember reading somewhere about an addition that reduces foam ups. I don't remember what it was or how to find it however!! I think one of our vender members has it....
Its best to make the wine in an open bucket with plenty of headspace. Problem solved.
