So couple of questions for my next brew. well attempt at next brew.

What would I use to get a Nutty Taste. I am making a honey nut oats or attempting to.

Second. For the honey. Do I add it to the boil or at fermentation and about how much? I am doing a 5 gallon brew.

I would use Marris Otter as a base grain for nutty flavor. Maybe some biscut, and honey malt. I would not use real honey as it will not really give the honey flavor like the malt will.

If you get cloudy wort you should get a nutty flavour

+1 on honey malt instead of honey for honey taste. About 0.5 lbs to 1.0 lb per 10 lb total grain.
