My buddy is getting married in a few months and he asked that I make a Scottish Ale for his reception. I went with a wee heavy style and it tastes pretty good (slipped a taste before racking to secondary) but honestly I have never tasted a wee heavy ale and don't have anything to compare it to... Would like to though. Anyone have a recommendation for a wee heavy for me to try?

Samuel Adams Wee Heavy (which is probably actually a Scottish 90, but it's tasty and relatively easy to find.

You might also be able to find AleSmith Wee Heavy (AleSmith), Old Chub (Oskar Blues), Belhaven Wee Heavy (Belhaven), and Wulver (Thirsty Dog).
