Just bottled a peach mango (from juice)! The sample seemed watery to me. Couldn't really tell there was peach/mango flavor. However, I'm worried, as I've read before, that when the tops of the bottles look like this, it means it's oxidized and is now vinegar. Please tell me I'm wrong and it's fine, if not, boo for about 1/2 the batch!
Also, a pic of the entire batch, a little underwhelming, but hope aging some brings back flavor!
Edit: To add, it's been under airlock since day 1 and it never ran dried. It was never exposed to oxygen until bottling day today.
